Overview:
 
With overexertion and strain-related injuries representing both the frequency and severity problem, this program educates employees on the physical limitations of manual material handling, as well as practical solutions to material handling situations.
 
Learning objectives:
 
• Understanding the physiology of the human body in relation to material handling;
• Practical solutions to material handling problems; and
• Preventative measures for ergonomic exposures.
