A motivational presentation designed to encourage employees to work together toward a common goal. Using sports analogies, the program relates how working as a team improves the overall work environment and improves safety for all employees.

• How to put aside personal differences in order to achieve a common goal;

• How sincere cooperation builds effective work environments; and

• The supervisor’s role.
